Starbucks has introduced Green Dot Assist, an AI-powered chatbot designed to help baristas prepare perfect drinks.

Accessible via tablets next to the POS, the tool provides quick reminders on recipes, preparation guidelines, drink-upgrade tips, and recommendations for food pairings.

Green Dot Assist is already active in 35 U.S. stores and will expand nationwide in 2026.
