After many years out of the spotlight and consumers’ awareness, RC Cola is planning a comeback.
The brand launched its first campaign in 40 years under the slogan, “Not a soft drink. Just a damn good cola.”
The comeback comes amid growing consumer demand for nostalgia and brands that evoke childhood memories.
For Keurig Dr Pepper, this is also an opportunity to strengthen its position in the cola category, which accounts for 46 percent of all soft drink sales in the United States.
